The maturation phase occurred early and allowed an early harvest in late August. The grapes were harvested after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, were introduced in the tub with whole bunch, where the drained wine was drained to make no fermentation. Open salmon color, shows an intense aroma with floral notes - rose. The palate is fresh and delicate, with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables good notes. Very gastronomical, with a good balance between acidity and mineral notes. Long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
