The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the vinification centre. This is followed by cold maceration of the whole bunch for a period of 24 hours. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is transferred to underground vats, where decantation takes place and fermentation begins. 90% ferments and ages in stainless steel vats and 10% in French oak casks of different capacities. In the stage there is contact with the lees.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, bright salmon colour. Fresh and delicate nose, with great aromatic complexity. notes of white roses and orange blossom, more mature aromas of melon and others, fresher, of grapefruit zest. Very fresh and silky attack that grows in volume, accompanied by fine notes of red fruits that evolve into a tense, long and saline aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle horizontally away from direct light. Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
We recommend it with salads, seafood dishes, grilled fish, ceviche, sushi and Italian cuisine.
