Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. Reception with total destemming. Fermentation conducted with indigenous yeasts in granite mills with treading on foot at controlled temperature, in order to obtain a slow fermentation. Aging in 500 liter French oak barrels for 18 months.

Opaque garnet colour with violet streaks. Aroma of wild fruit and black plum wrapped in notes of vanilla. In the mouth very complex and balanced with the barrel very well integrated showing some notes of smoke, remarkable structure with silky tannins, fresh and lasting finish.

Serving Temperature 16ºC to 18ºC.
