Complete destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of pre-fermentative cold maceration in a lagar for about 12 to 24h, after which it was transferred to large and low fermentation vats. Maceration for 8 days at 22°C.

The aroma is very fresh and intense, with the notes of black and wild fruits standing out, and also strong floral and fresh notes, so characteristic of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is concentrated, warm, with firm and elegant tannins. It has an intense and persistent aftertaste, typical of Douro Superior wines.
Store and Serve Advices:
It shall be served at 15º /16º. Keep the bottle on horizontal position. Protect from sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with grilled meats, as well as red meat and oven dishes.
