Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, 100% destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 24/26ºC for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. 60% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Red colour with garnet hints. Complex and intense aroma, rich spicy and woody notes with integrated vanilla surround from the barrel aging. Complex mouth, structured body, firm and rich tannins, good spicy notes and light florals. Ends rich and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Due to the organoleptic characteristics, a very positive bottle aging is expected over 7 years.
Food Pairing:
Perfect company for meat roasts or traditional Portuguese cuisine. Also good with strong cheeses.
