Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, 100% destemmed, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature at 14ºC for 10 days. Aging in stainless steel vats, with fine lees bâtonnage weekly.

Rabigato,Códega do Larinho,Gouveio
Tasting Notes:
Bright appearance. In the aroma, the first notes are citrus, then it evolves with notes of apricot and honey. The final aroma is persistent and floral. In the mouth it is elegant and fresh, with good citrus notes. It finishes voluminous, persistent and mineral.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 10ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Due to the organoleptic characteristics, a very positive bottle aging is expected over 4 years.
Food Pairing:
Can be served as an appetizer or paired with fish, seafood or poultry.
