Tasting Notes:
Shades of dark red. Very intense aroma, initially with very ripe notes such as plum jam, then with vegetable notes such as rosemary and resinous notes of pine needles. In the mouth it is a wine that stands out for its elegance and "finesse". It is a very balanced set, with very soft tannins and great greasiness and very persistent in the aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal temperature to drink 16 – 18 ºC. Keep the bottle laid down away from light; the wine was filtered, it’s ready to drink and it improves with age; after opening the bottle the wine should be consumed within 24 hours.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
