Manual harvest, destemming and slight crushing of the grapes. The grapes fermented in granite presses with foot treading, stainless steel vats and new 500L French oak barrels. Subsequently, it aged in French oak barrels for 19 months. Rested 1 year in bottle before being released.
Intense ruby colour. Intense, complex and deep aroma. Red berries, bush and spice notes. Soft attack, full-bodied, fruit explosion. Shows all its splendor in the mouth. Excellent texture, present but very refined tannins. Very long finish. Gastronomic profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Perfect serve at 16/18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
