Manually harvested grapes. Fermentation in traditional granite "lagares", in an extremely smooth way. The aging took place in wood for 18 months: 1/3 in small volume vats, 1/3 in new oak barrels and 1/3 in barrels of 1 wine. It aged for a year in bottle in the Ramos Pinto barrels room.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Very expressive, with enormous aromatic complexity. In the mouth it is super elegant, with a silky beginning, good volume and an intense and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Perfect serve between 16º and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with grilled red meats, roasted lamb or cod and strong cheeses.
