The most modern technology was used with temperature control. The grapes that were not in perfect condition were eliminated. The grapes were vinified with total destemming followed by gentle crushing with skin maceration for about 12 hours. After that period, in an inert atmosphere and in a pneumatic press, was carried out a careful pressing. There followed a period of clarification of the must from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the variety and the respective state of ripeness. The alcoholic fermentation took place in a controlled environment. The wines were kept in stainless steel vats until transferred to new French oak barrels where they aged for 12 months.

Elegant wine with strong personality. Dark red colour, rich in primary aromas like wild flowers, blackberries and roses. Vibrant and voluminous at the beggining, with excellent integration of wood. Perceptible but delicate tannins. Balanced acidity. Long, fresh and full-of-character aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be consumed immediately or in the next years, as long as it is kept lying in a cool and shady place. Perfect serve 16º C.
