The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes (25 kg). The wine is made in winery and oak vats, prolonged maceration in the case of the rafters. After fermentation the wine will train for new French oak barrels, approximately 14 months. During the training, are analysed to evaluate their sensory development, and selected the barrels more balanced. Achieved the desired balance, the batch is done with the barrels and is chosen in stainless steel vats for future integration and collage. At the end is subjected to a light filtration before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful dark red, bright and clean. In Aroma is very fruity, full and complex. Shows ripe fruit like blackberry and currant, with wood present but well integrated, elegant and with lots of character. The palate is full bodied, very tasty, full of ripe fruit, with tannins, but very soft. High-profile, long and very tasty. Direct and frank. Full of fruit, it is velvety, with a very rich and persistent finish. Due to its equilibrium, promises longevity.

Serve at a temperature of 18 ºC.

You can accompany red meat dishes and game well structured and rich in flavour, and baked cod and semi-cured cheeses.
