From vineyards with about 25-30 years old, planted on schist soils, grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes of 25 kg. After stalk removal and soft crushing, the grapes were pressed (pneumatic press), the wine was fermented and then defecated in new oak barrels of 225 liters Portuguese, with turbidity control. After fermentation in barrels, the wine matured in them, for about 6 months. Then he became the lot. The wine was stabilized and filtered.

From beautiful golden straw colour, is bright and clean. The aroma is clean, smooth and complex, has hints of vanilla, fruit of its aging in oak barrels, developing into aromas of dried fruit like us and hazelnut. As it becomes the cup, are released more fruit, making it very rich and complex. On the palate, the first feeling is fresh, excellent acidity, perfect balance, then the emerging sense of nuts like hazelnuts, from mouth to the end of spices and some figs. Very harmonious, flavourful and has a long end. Promises longevity.
