Vinification was carried out in stainless steel vats, with automatic pumping-over in wine presses. Care was taken to ensure that the unique, distinctive elements present in the skins of the very ripe grapes were transferred smoothly to the wine. After gentle crushing and complete de-stemming, fermentation took place with light homogenization, temperature control and prolonged maceration, resulting in the desired levels of aroma and phenols. The wine underwent clarification and cold stabilization before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
This wine is a bright, translucent ruby red wine with a clean, fruity aroma, and notes of very ripe fruit such as dark plum and cherry traditionally associated with Douro wines. A very agreeable wine that is strong, fresh and aromatic. Fresh and fruity on the palate, with very soft, almost imperceptible tannins. Velvety and well-balanced, with a flavoursome and persistent finish.

Serve at a temperature of 18 ºC.
