Grapes selection at the cutting stage and shipment in 20kg crates directly to our winery, where the winemaking process begins, along with fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Ageing in new French oak barrels with “bâtonnage” for about 4 months.

Tasting Notes:
With a very delicate and elegant profile, the floral and core fruit notes stand out. The barrel, very discreet, gives harmony and complexity, creamy texture in the mouth and a good structure supported by a firm acidity. Long finish, mineral and elegantly finished.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
