Harvesting the grapes manually for 15Kg boxes, with the grapes fully destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place for 10 days at a temperature of 25 - 27ºC in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 5,000 kg, with treading and manual reassembly three times a day. The wine aged for 12 months in American oak barrels followed by aging in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Aroma of ripe red fruits, spices and light notes of toast and vanilla. In the mouth it shows youth, balance, silky tannins that provide a complex and velvety finish.

Service temperature between 16⁰C and 18⁰C. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with red meat dishes, grilled fatty fish and intense cheeses with a strong flavour.
