Winemaking:
Harvesting the grapes manually for 15Kg boxes, with the grapes fully destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place for 10 days at a temperature of 25 - 27ºC in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 5,000 kg, with treading and manual reassembly three times a day. Approximately 80% of the wine aged in stainless steel vats, and the rest in French and American oak barrels for second use.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Complex aroma showing excellent evolution in bottle, elegant, well integrated wood, balsamic aromas and very ripe red and black fruits. Concentrated and with excellent freshness of mouth, texture and balanced tannins with fruity and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service temperature between 16⁰C and 18⁰C. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with red meat dishes in the oven, intense cheeses with aroma and flavour.
