After crushing the grapes undergo a heat shock followed by foot treading in granite vats for four hours. The wort is transferred to wine fermentation tanks of small capacity with controlled temperature. The grapes are vinified separately. Ageing for 16 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Concentrated on colour. The fruit combines well with the wood. In the mouth it is elegant and ends very well balanced and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
