Manual harvest. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel vats over 9 days with daily "delestage". After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages in second and third year French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Complex with floral aromas combined with red and wild fruits, notes of spices (nutmeg and cloves). Reveals nuances of rockrose and menthol that give it freshness. In the mouth it surprises by the balanced acidity, concentration and by its fine and silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent.

Serve at 16-18°C.
