Winemaking:
Wine produced with grapes from two very special vineyards: The vineyard of Quinta da Agua Alta and an old vineyard, the Quinta do Fojo Velho. Ageing for one year and a half in French oak barrels and six months in the bottle that allowed the perfect marriage of the old vineyards grapes.

The structure and complexity from the old vines blends in perfectly with the velvety of Touriga Franca. A well balanced red wine with enough freshness and balance.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Excellent served with strong dark meat and game dishes.
