Winemaking:
The grapes were received in the cellar, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of the grapes and later “berry by berry” by an optical selection machine. Fermentation was done in a press, with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control. 18 months ageing.

Tasting Notes:
This wine shows a violet colour, and a smooth and fruity aromatic profile. It is a complex wine on the palate, deep but delicate. The aromas of ripe fruit that were felt in the nose also appear subtly in the mouth and continue at the end of the tasting.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs very well with a starter based on intense cheeses, foie gras, or a meal with fatty fish or meat dishes.
