Winemaking:
The grapes are transported to the winery in 20kg boxes. The whole bunches are transferred to the mill and foot trodden. The incubation is made immediately after the end of alcoholic fermentation. Ageing for 8 months in barriques for 3 and 4 years in French oak.

Pale cherry red colour. Wonderful sweet aromatics: warm herbs, cherry fruit. So pure and elegant with a leafy edge. The palate is smooth, warm and sweetly fruited. Light and superbly elegant with lovely cherry and herb notes, and subtle tannins. Lovely wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
