Winemaking:
The grapes are transported to the winery in 20kg boxes. Fermentation followed by post-maceration period of about a week. Ageing 70% in barrels of 3rd year of French oak.

Lots of red fruit, cherries and sour cherries with, light notes of tobacco, eucalyptus and graphite. Concentrate and fresh with good roughness, all tuned, end with good length.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
