Fermentated in 500 litres French Oak casks from different forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 70% in new barriques, and the rest in one year old casks. Aged for 10 months in French oak casks, with periodical batonnage.
Mineral notes on the nose, well integrated with oak. Full bodied, with excellent acidity, good complexity and with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
