The grapes are harvested by grape variety and blocks in boxes of 20 kg. Once fully de-stemmed they are crushed. Then the wort is lightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the required limpidity. Fermented at a temperature between 13 / 14ºC in vat, in order to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.
Clear in color and citrus yellow presents with tropical notes. In the mouth very gastronomic with citric notes. It has a very fresh and mineral finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 9ºC.
Serve with fish, salads and shellfish.
