Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and plots in boxes of 20 kg. After fully destemmed are crushed. Then the wort is lightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the required limpidity. Fermented at a temperature between 13 / 14ºC in vat, in order to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.
