Vinified in stainless steel fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 10 days. All varieties are fermented separately. A further 5 days of carbonic maceration are followed. After malolatic fermentation, a stage is followed in used French oak barrels for 9 months.
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Tinta Barroca,Touriga Nacional
Ruby color and beautiful violets. On the nose it has floral notes and nuances of red fruits, all well married to the wood toast. Full bodied and complex in the mouth, with ripe fruit and soft tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Good with all meat dishes, game and cheeses.
