Harvested in December of 100% botrytised bunches. Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. Stage in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Yellow golden color. Very complex and elegant aroma of dried fruit, apricot, honey and wildflowers. Harmonious in the mouth, with volume and accentuated acidity and freshness. At the end of the mouth, it shows excellent flavors of mint, citrus fruits and ripe white fruits. Refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
To be dished up with fish and shellfish.
