The grapes were handpicked at the ideal maturation timing in order to generate higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and complete de-stemming, part of the grapes were routed and fermented in stainless steel tanks and the another portion was sent to mill steel with foot treading, allowing so that the quality components from the mature grapes skin to pass softly to the wine, with light reassembly and prolonged macerations, in both situations. After malolactic fermentation the wine matured in new barrels of French oak - Taransaud and François Frères - 225 liters for 12 months.
