The grapes were handpicked at the ideal maturation timing in order to generate higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was performed in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26°. The wine aged for 12 months in new and second year French oak barrels, followed by aging in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Lively colour with soft wood notes as a result of the ageing in French oak barrels. The micro-oxygenation that results from this ageing process enhances the wine’s elegance and finesse.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine is ideal with red meats and roasts, as well as cheeses.
