The grapes were harvested by hand, at their ideal point of maturation, aiming at a balanced maturation, leading to higher aromatic concentrations. The vinification was made in stainless steel vats, with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
With a citrus colour, the wine initially shows good floral, citric, light tropical notes evolving later to some mineral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present and balanced acidity. Fine and complex, with a good fruit character, good volume with a very fine and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
