A wine that joins Quinta do Corujão with some of the best winemakers from Portugal - Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal, Jorge Seródio Borges. Encruzado fermented and aged in tank is “really thin.” This wine is part barrel fermented in 500l barrels with a light toast.

Tasting Notes:
It looks pale and interesting. It is exceptionally mineral, saline and limpid. Subtly textured too. Tight and long on the finish with lovely fresh but well integrated, rolling acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
