Winemaking:
This wine takes Encruzado has predominance of grape variety, among many other varieties planted in the Old vineyard of Quinta da Pellada. It was partially fermented in barrels, followed by bâtonnage for 3 months and bottling.

Tight, reductive nose with some matchstick notes and lovely minerality. Complex and expressive. The palate is crisp and mineral with lovely depth and intensity. Will age well.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
