Winemaking:
The grapes were fully destemmed and gently pressed, having minimal contact with the skins before the first tear wort was extracted. Followed by cooling and decanting at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clean must took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all aromas and freshness.

Alfrocheiro,Touriga Nacional

Salmon colour. Aroma with notes of raspberries and field flowers. In the mouth it is delicate, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8oC. Consume at a temperature of 10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good as an aperitif or with salads, fish and sea food.
