Fermented in stainless steel tanks with 30% of whole bunch, followed by 30-day cuvaison. The varieties Jaen, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz were co-fermented, as well as Jaen and Touriga Nacional. The final blend was aged in French oak vats (5000 L) and barrels for 11 months. Naturally stabilized.

Tasting Notes:
Open colour of bright red. Very expressive in red fruits, with cherry predominating. The mouth accompanies the fruit combined with good acidity and with a fresh and vegetable character. Tannins present, but smooth at the same time. It is an elegant wine with the typical freshness of Dão.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 15 to 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Combine with strong meat dishes, such as lamb, varied game dishes or sausages. Also very good with strong cheeses and fatty fish.
