From the vineyards at Quinta da Teixuga came the grapes of the Encruzado variety, which for many years were considered to have great qualitative potential by those who had the happiness of making them. Born from an exclusive lot. it aged for 19 months in new French oak barrels, until the complete integration of the wine with the barrel, revealing the structure and complexity characteristic of this queen variety. Character, elegance and boldness are what define this White Teixuga.

This wine is straw yellow in colour, with a high intensity aroma, revealing the aromatic complexity that is due to the particular conditions of aging and to the characteristics of the Encruzado grape variety. On the nose, the superior integration of aromas from French oak stands out where it aged. In the mouth, the attack is intense, bulky, revealing a lively but very integrated acidity. The ending is long and memorable.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Pair it with fish stew, cataplana, cuttlefish Feijoada, baked cod, roasted kid, cold salads and cheese.
