Pre-fermentative skin contact, after pressing the clear juice fermented in new French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine was kepted in the barrels for 4 mo nths with batonage.
Light gold, with greenish hints. Stone fruit (peach and apricot), combined with notes of mandarin and vanilla (wood). Dry, full bodied, with lots of fruit concentration and a vibrant acidity, which gives this wine an inmense freshness. Very long mineral finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8 and 10ºC.
Ideally suited to grilled or roasted fish, delicatessen and ewe cheeses.
