The wine made a 2-day cold pre-fermentative maceration followed by vinification with skin maceration with controlled temperature up to 26ºC for 7 days. 2-day post-fermentative maceration. It aged in French oak Allier for 12 months before being bottled.

It is a wine with a brilliant appearance, with a deep ruby color with violet nuances. Elegant aromatically, the notes of very ripe red fruits, plum and blackberry are immediately evident, combined with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla. On the palate it is a wine that reveals a well-structured body with good volume in the mouth, with the presence of firm tannins. The wine has high refinement and persistence, great for drinking now, but that will evolve very well in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
