Long fermentation with gentle maceration, in order to extract the maximum potential from this magnificent grape variety. The malolactic fermentation was developed in new French Allier oak barriques and aged in there for 12 months.

Deep ruby colour. Distinctive of Touriga Nacional grape, floral hint of violet and bergamot, ripe blackcurrant combined with the elegance of Allier oak. Robust yet smooth tannins, perfectly complemented by berry fruit flavours, great balance and complexity. Very smooth, pleasant and persistent.

Serve at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.

Goes well with game, spicy roasted red meat.
