Long fermentation with gentle maceration, in order to extract the maximum potential from these magnificent grape varieties. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of this wine is aged for 9 months in French Allier oak barriques.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Red berries and chocolate, combined with the elegance of Allier oak. Smooth tannins are complemented by berry fruit flavours, with a complex and persistent finish. Very smooth, pleasant and persistent.

Serve at a temperature between 16º and 18ºC.

Goes well with game, roasted red meat.
