Opaque ruby red colour. It's an intense, complex and elegant wine. The notes of ripe black and red fruit, the delicate floral nuances and the freshness of the bush are very well involved in a set in which the barrel stage only adds complexity. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced, with soft tannin giving structure and strength to the wine, in harmony between the fruit and the aromas that remain in a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
