The Colheita it is a high quality Port issued from a single harvest, aged in oak casks for at least seven years. Grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 Kg trays. Controlled fermentation with extended maceration, stopped by grape brandy addition. Fines in oak casks for a period no less than 7 years. During maturation the wine mellows by oxidization similarly to Old Port Wines, and presents characteristics that are unique of the harvest year.

Tasting Notes:
Very rich aromas, extremely long, very round and plump in the mouth, full of nuts, with almonds, a silky profile. Endless final.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature 18ºC/64ºF or slightly chilled.
Food Pairing:
Excellent digestive wine. Splendid with cheese, pastry, sweets, nuts, light puddings and cakes. Ready to drink when bottled.

Finely-wrought, complex nut and herb notes on the nose. Lively despite the age. The palate has savoury cask and old furniture notes, as well as sweet citrus and raisin fruit. Mellow with a long finish.
