Aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels (from the regions of Allier and Limousin) during an average period of 10 years. After the bottling it fulfills an additional additional stage of 6 months in bottle before entering the market.
It has a very pleasant aroma, dried fruit, some apricot, suggestions of flowers. In the mouth it is a wine full of freshness and naturally with some sweetness, in a creamy set and with a very long and intense finish of dry fruit with a touch of salty.

At room temperature or chilled.
It is an excellent wine as an aperitif, or with desserts of red fruits and cheese.
