Majority appeal to the classic vinification technology in white wine - open spout; Fermentation with the addition of wine spirit to 77% (from the Region of Lourinhã - Portugal) midway through the fermentation process. Aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels (from the regions of Allier and Limousin) during an average period of 10 years. After the bottling it fulfils an additional stage of 6 months in bottle before entering the market.

Tasting Notes:
It has a very pleasant aroma, dried fruit, some apricot, suggestions of flowers. In the mouth it is a wine full of freshness and naturally with some sweetness, in a creamy set and with a very long and intense finish of dry fruit with a touch of salty.
