The Arinto grape variety is present in most Portuguese wine regions, but it is in Bucelas, known as the only region demarcated for white wines, located just over 20 km from Lisbon, where the grape variety historically reaches its best profile. Giving rise to vibrant wines, with high acidity, with a strong mineral profile, refreshing capacity and good storage potential that are worthy trying.

To enter the Arintos from Bucelas, if this is your first time crossing paths with these wines, the Quinta da Murta Arinto White 2014 would be a great choice, not to mention that it appears on Robert Parker's list with 88 points. A wine that reveals tropical aromas and notes of menthol and jelly, in a very complex aromatic set with good minerality. In the mouth it is crunchy, juicy and with great structure and a persistent finish.
The Lés-a-Lés Arinto de Pedra e Cal Bucelas White 2016, after fermentation in stainless steel, spends 8 months aging in French oak barrels, bringing a typical grape acidity, full of balance and flavor.
Another singularity is the Quinta do Boição Grand Reserve White 2014, which reveals itself in a greenish citrus hue, with complex aromas of white flowers, lemon, vanilla, hazelnut and exotic nuances. Very harmonious, with a fruity flavor, smooth, with a surprising freshness.
