Fermentation at controlled temperature up to 28º C. for 8 to 9 days followed by a mild post-fermentation maceration. Ageing for 9 months in French and American oak and 4 months in bottle.
With a clear and intense ruby color, offering some purple reflexes. Has a pronounced aroma of a black plum and raspberry, wedded with nuances of vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Demonstrates a good balance between alcohol, acidity and tannins. Presents an intense body, elegant and deep, revealing a long finishing taste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
