Winemaking:
Manual harvesting in 18kg boxes, followed by gentle pressing after a short maceration. Fermentation in used French oak barrels. Aged 10 months on lees in used French oak barrels with bâtonnage.

Delicate and fine aroma with notes of toast, dried fruits and complementary white fruit. In the mouth it has a serious, gastronomic and toasty profile, but the beautiful acidity and creaminess keeps it still evolving, giving it a good volume and a long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with Appetizers, Seafood, Cold Salads, Sushi.
