The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly to a vat; 3 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12ºC and ends at 32ºC; Malolactic fermentation in french used oak. Stage 100% in vats.

Deep purple red colour. Raspberry, licorice and black cherry notes. On the palate, black cherry and vanilla. Balan-ced, firm structure in a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve it at 18ºC.
Pair it with tapas, prosciutto, grilled pork, chicken or beef.
