A soft crushing and pressing make it possible to extract and select a slightly rosé must that is clarified until the required level of limpidity is obtained. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a 14ºC-16ºC. Following fermentation, a maturation of about 2 months enables this wine to reach the required quality for bottling, an operation preceded by fining, cold stabilization, sterilizing and filtration. It should be drunk young, preferably in the year following the harvest.

Tasting Notes:
It has a rosy-raspberry hue and an intense bouquet, with notes of red fruits, especially raspberry and strawberry, as well as of tropical fruits such as banana. In the mouth it has an intense and balanced flavour, a feeling of lightness and freshness with a very elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with light dishes such as sea-food, fish, grilled white meats and salads. It may also be enjoyed on its own or as a refreshing aperitif.
