Winemaking:
Hand-picked grapes, full destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation at 16-18ºC for a period of about 20 days with inoculation of selected yeasts. Stage in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Very mineral and citrus, grapefruit, with light smoked, vibrant acidity with structure to predict a good aging in bottle. The soul of this wine lies in the unique combination of Síria and Fonte Cal grapes from vineyards planted exclusively on granite soils with quartz veins in the Douro river basin at an average altitude of 725 meters.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Drink as an appetizer, or accompany grilled fish, salads with fresh cheese.
