A careful selection of the grapes growned at Quinta do Valdoeiro. Full de-stemming. Fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle accordingly to the traditional method. Long ageing "sur lees" to attain better complexity and excellence.
Pale color appearance in this sparkling wine, revealing grayish chromatic sensations, arising out of Baga red grape included on this blend, in conjunction with Bical and Cerceal white ones. The aroma is quite appealing, highlighting notes of citrus fruits like lemons, wrapped in bread nuances and light toasty. Very soft mouth feeling.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6°C to 8°C.
Perfect with salads, fish and also in the beginning of a meal.
