Winemaking:
The wine now comes from an area augmented to 2,5ha. As each vine produces only one bunch, i.e. one glass of wine, it is necessary the annual work of six vines to obtain a bottle. This is due not only to the smaller production of the ungrafted vines but also to the successive green harvests that we make to obtain a very bodied wine that can hide the tannins of the grape and the acidity typical of the climate of the region.

Grape Varieties:
Baga

Tasting Notes:
Impressive in fruit quality, bright and fresh, with very slight barrel to give complexity and richness. The tannins are super tuned Berry, wine combines power and finesse, class and distinction.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

. 18,5 points in Vinho Grandes Escolhas;

16,5 pts Revista de Vinhos - With a citrus color, the wine initially shows good floral, citric, light tropical notes evolving later to some mineral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present and balanced acidity. Fine and complex, with a good fruit character, good volume with a very fine and long finish.
